Cranbrook Barn Store: From Packhouse to Premier Storage Facility

Originally a supermarket-accredited packhouse, the Cranbrook Barn Store has been transformed into a modern storage facility. Set amidst 40 acres of beautiful woodland, this area features a wonderful public footpath. The woodland is classified as a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) due to the unique microclimate of the Gill, which supports rare moisture-loving plants. Situated in the High Weald, the farm boasts stunning views to the south and lies on the edge of the River Rother catchment area.

The conversion from a redundant packhouse to the Barn Store facility was supported by DEFRA and EU grants aimed at promoting rural sustainability and local employment.

Just a few yards from the Barn Store, the farmhouse is where we’re ready to assist with your inquiries and provide tours. Conveniently located about 30 minutes from Maidstone, Ashford, or Tunbridge Wells, we’re situated just outside Cranbrook on the B2086, en route to Benenden.
